Best Spicy Miso Ramen in Orange County

Look I had to break out the Ramen winners into sub categories because there is SO MUCH good Ramen here. For the best spicy miso, you have to go to inside the Mitsuwa grocery store and find a little food stand called Santouka. The incredible flavor and unequaled pork quality make this place Brode's Best.

What to Order

Both the Miso and Spicy Miso ramen are fantastic. Make SURE to order it with the "Special Pork". By default it comes with the standard pork, which I find to be too dry. Give me the fatty stuff! I also enjoy getting one of the small rice bowls on the side when I'm extra hungry.
