When I worked at Gina's Pizza, the cooks used to make a spicy soup each morning for breakfast. I loved the soup and had been searching for something like it for years. When I found La Súper Birria, it was the closest I've had, and holy cow, this place is phenomenal. Easily Brode's Best.
What to order
The Classic Plate is my favorite - and it comes with homemade tortillas that you dip in the consume, or use to create tacos. Before you dig in, makes sure to put plenty of cilantro, onions, and lime in your bowl. Don't skimp on that lime!
